Returns & Refunds Policy

At Levels, we want every customer to be happy with their order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all tags and original packaging where possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To start a return, please contact us at Levels.nexststepforward@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Levels cannot be responsible for items lost during return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, used, washed, or are no longer in their original condition.

Personalised or custom-made items may also be non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us at Levels.nexststepforward@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
